Meet the owner

Corey, a proud Colorado native from Lafayette, grew up in a bustling family of ten, where his favorite childhood memories revolve around cooking with his mother. This early for creating delicious meals inspired him to pursue a career in Restaurant Management, leading him to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University. With experience as a chef and Beverage Manager at Three Star Michelin restaurants in culinary hotspots like Las Vegas and San Francisco, Corey has honed his skills in hospitality, food, cocktails, and wine. In addition to his culinary expertise, he also serves as a dedicated Firefighter Paramedic, showcasing his commitment to both hospitality and his community..
